Based on the agreement on March 21, 2014, BNI Life has organized the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to issuance of 120.279.633 new shares by BNI Life that will be absorbed entirely by Sumitomo Life Insurance Company.

Since May 9, 2014, BNI Life has become a life insurance joint venture company with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk remains as the controlling shareholder of 60.000000%; 39.999993% owned by Sumitomo Life Insurance Company; 0.000003% owned by the Employee Welfare Foundation (YKP) BNI and 0.000003% owned by the Dana Foundation Danar Swadharma (YDD).

Requirements :

3. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
