Antara is an Indonesian news agency organized as a private company under the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises. It is the country's national news agency, supplying news reports to the many domestic media organization. It is the only organization authorized to distribute news material created by foreign news agencies.

The news agency was founded in 1937, when the country was still a colony in the Dutch Empire, by independence activists dissatisfied with the lack of local coverage by the Dutch-owned Aneta news agency. Antara's operation was absorbed into the Dōmei Tsushin news network following invasion by the Japanese in 1942. Its staff played a key role in the broadcast of Indonesia's proclamation of independence and assumed control of the Dōmei facilities in the region at the end of the war. The agency remained under private management until it was placed under the control of the presidency in the 1960s when the government shifted its focus from decolonization to nation-building. Antara became an institution through which the state could promote its policies.

Following a wave of political reforms in the late 1990s, Antara began to produce its reporting independently of the government and was reorganized as a state-owned enterprise in 2007. However, media scholars argue that a lengthy relationship with the government makes it difficult for the agency to become an unbiased news organization. Antara celebrated its 75th anniversary on 13 December 2012.

2. Bachelor Degree. Communication major preferable min GPA 3.0.
3. English fluently both oral & written. TOEFL score min. 500.
4. Able to work in a team, have good communication skill and loves challenges.
5. Able to write a good article and Social Media active.
6. Able to build a good relationship with Government and Private Institutions, Preferable having links with all kind of Media Journalist.
7. Familiar with communications and digital technology.
8. Have a good Public Speaking skill.
9. Up to date of Information and news update about our Company or any kind of general issue.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (Code : Socmed)

1. Male/ female with maximum 28 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree.
3. English fluently both oral & written.
4. Have a good communication and able to work both in team & individually.
5. Social Media Branding expert.
6. Have a good analysis & creativity to design and updating social media content.
7. Familiar with MS.Office, Internet, Web site & all kind of Social Media (BBM, FAcebook, Twitter, Path, Instagram, etc).
8. Familiar with Social Media measurement such as : TwitterCounter, Hootsuite, etc.
9. Up to date for all technology update especially about Social Media.
10. Accurate, Open minded Flexible, and fast learning.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINER (Code: ARTECHS)

1. Male with maximum 35 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology System.
3. Should have excellent knowledge and experience working in Linuk (RHEL), UNIX, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel.
4. Understand programming would be advantage.
5. Experience and skills on Operating System Window 2008 Server.
6. Good knowledge in Networking concept, LAN, Router ,etc.
7. Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills and able to work independently and team.
8. Troubleshoot any problem related with the Linux operating system.
9. Responsible and able to work under pressure.
10. Good command of written and spoken in English.

4. PHOTO CAPTION TRANSLATOR (Code: Photo)

1. Male/ female with maximum 26 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree.
3. English fluently both oral & written.
4. Interested in journalism especially photography.
5. Have a good communication skill.
6. Able to build a good relationship with the client and media partner.
7. Able to work in a team and shift.

5. BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT STAFF (Code: BD)

1. Male with maximum 26 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree. Marketing major preferable min GPA 3.0.
3. English fluently both oral & written.
4. Have a good communication and able to work both in team & individually.
5. Have a good personality, honest, good initiative and good analysis.
6. Have a good responsibility to achieve target.
7. Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
