PTTA establishment is part of Telkom’s commitment to undertake the development of broadband networks to deliver information access and communication without limits for all Indonesian people. Telkom seeks to bring quality and affordable Internet connection to improve the quality of human resources so that they can compete at the world level. Telkom is currently building backbone network based on Fiber Optics as well as Internet Protocol (IP) to hold 30 terra router nodes and approximately 75,000 Km Optical Fiber Cable. Construction of fiber-optic cable is part of Indonesia Digital Network (IDN) 2015. As part of its strategy to optimize service, Telkom established PT. Telkom Akses.

The presence PTTA expected to drive the growth of broadband access networks in Indonesia. In addition to the broadband access network installation, other services provided by PT. Telkom is the Network Access Terminal Equipment (NTE), and Management Services Operations and Maintenance (O & M – Operation & Maintenance) Broadband Access network.

Jobs Description

1. Training – Development Manager

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. To Ensure the Training Plan Record and hands on Training arrangement
3. To communicate with training providers, the internal trainers and invited specialist trainers on any topics of training prior to conduct the training
4. To ensure the training is conducted as planned
5. Set up and continually improving of a Human Resources Development strategy to improve the knowledge base of employees find new ideas for necessary training for employees
6. Preferably Manager specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
7. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
8. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
9. Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. understanding the company’s Business Plan
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.
