bursakerjabumncpns.blogspot.com - The Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund, or IIGF, was established as the response of the Government of Indonesia to the need for adequate assurance against the political risks inherent in infrastructure investments. This assurance is expected to increase the participation of private sector in developing infrastructure through Public-Private Partnership (PPP).

As the basis for PPP execution, the government issued Presidential Regulation Number 67/2005 concerning PPP in Infrastructure Development, which was amended by Presidential Regulation No. 13/2010. The latter regulation states the existence of contingent support in the form of Government Guarantee, which will be granted by the Minister of Finance to PPP projects. This contingent support or guarantee is given by the Finance Minister through an Infrastructure Guarantee Business Entity. For that reason, IIGF was established on December 30, 2009, as an effort of the government to expedite the development of infrastructure in Indonesia by providing guarantees in accountable, transparent and credible manner.

In addition, the presence of IIGF as the Infrastructure Guarantee Company is also expected to encourage the entry of private funds for the infrastructure sector in Indonesia by increasing creditworthiness of PPP projects which may decrease the cost of fund of infrastructure projects.

In summary, IIGF was established for the following purposes:

1. To improve the creditworthiness of the PPP infrastructure projects by giving guarantees against infrastructure risks.
2. To improve the governance and the transparency of the guarantee process to the infrastructure PPP Projects related to the government actions or inactions.
3. To facilitate deal flow for Contracting Agencies (ministries, state-owned enterprises, local government) by providing guarantees to well-structured PPP projects.
4. To ring-fence government contigent liability and minimize sudden shock to government budget.

IIGF acts as the Guarantee Provider to the private sector for various infrastructure risks that may occur because of the government’s actions or inactions, which may result in financial losses to the PPP infrastructure projects, such as delays in the processing of permits and licenses, changes of rules and regulations, lack of tariff adjustment, failure to integrate the network/facilities and other risks that are borne or allocated to the government in each PPP contract.

Objectives

1. Ensuring the proper structuring of infrastructure projects in order to improve creditworthiness and quality og the respective infrastructure projects.
2. Facilitating the deal flow for Contracting Agencies (i.e. Ministries, SOEs, Regional Governments) through the provision of financial instruments to improve project creditworthiness, as well as related project consultation services.
3. Developing good governance practices in the provision of financial instruments in order to improve project viability.
4. To ring-fence the Government's contingent liabilities related to the provision of guarantees by the Government.

Job Description:

4. Handle administrative tasks, such as minutes meeting, drafting letters, etc
5. Keep all the data and information confidential and only used for official purpose
6. Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, etc
7. Work effectively in a fast paced-environment and consistently prioritize task and meet deadlines
8. Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight constrains
9. Plan, prepare, and maintain the administrations to support daily activities of BOC
10. Making schedules of meetings, business travel, and correspondences
11. Manage the use of petty cash for operational and BOC’s needs
12. Contributing in internal company’s activities such as company gathering, annual meeting, corporate anniversary, etc

Requirements:

1. Maximum age 28 years old
2. Graduated from D3 or S1 in any filed
3. Fluent in English is a must
4. Having at least 3 years experiences as Administration Staff
5. Having good appearance, personality, and communication skills
6. Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office
