JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the performance of hardware, software and networking running work properly on the optimum performance.
- Ensure IT Development life cycle work properly based on company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate with other parties to fill in supply chains related IT infrastructure or devices, to support the business process.
- Perform backup file and storages on regularly basis, as well as planning and doing simulation of Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Handling and provide problem solving in the all of IT keys area.
- Ensure data security and access authorization based on authorization levels.
- Monitoring and development career of the team, especially to the subordinate.
- Perform principles of Good Corporate Governance in every activity.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering or Informatics Management.
- Minimum 5 years experiences as IT Manager/ Head of IT Department (mandatory)
- Having experience about IT Management, IT Serivce, Networking & Infrastructure, SDLC
- Software Development, Life Cycle & IT Architecture and IT Budget.
- Proficient in Oracle, Ms. SQL Server, Ms. Exchange Server (mandaroty)
- Fluent in English both written oral (mandatory)
- Experienced in asset management or securities industry will be adventages.
