Telkomtelstra is seeking the qualified candidates to join as position Business Analyst/Change Management Specialist
Position Title : Business Analyst/Change Management Specialist
Code : BACM
Job & Responsibilities :
- To assist with the Business Case, Business process modelling, traceability and quality management.
- Too get requirements from business or stakeholders and ensure the requirements are complete.
- To anticipate requirements needed in the futures or that have not yet considered but important.
- To facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders and to organize requirements into related categories to effectively manage and communicate it to the business and stakeholders.
- To simplify and verify through analysis, test, demonstration and inspection and prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
- To facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution and create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications.
- To review and monitor the value provided by the application and analyze application to determine when deactivation or replacement is required
- To ensure that changes are made in accordance to the standards set out in IT Policies
- To identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation for changes and consult during the build, test and deployment phases, and also to train staff in how to use new systems/features.
- To lead unit/system test for application changes
Requirements :
- +5 years experience in Telco or IT organization with 3 year as a Business Analyst.
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills in both Bahasa and English.
- Good understanding of ITIL, CRM and CMDB applications.
- Experience in business case development.
- Deep understanding in business modelling techniques and methods.
