1. Central Support and Workshop Engineer

Job Description

Central Engineer will supporting the TPM implementation and responsible for the engineering workshop day to day operation, overhaul of each plant in the factory

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring support for all plants for major overhaul
2. Responsible for any maintenance, improvement and repair of the area of Amenity and Warehouse, for any mecahnical related work, including Air Conditioning/AHU units and any required tools fabrication
3. Manage direct subordinates (workhsop mechanic, welder, machinist) and indirect subordinates (contractors)

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
2. Minimum IPK 2,75
3. Required skill(s): Total Preventive Maintenance, Good Leadership abilities include coaching
4. Required language(s): Good communication in English both oral and written
5. Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants with having experience in food and beverages company it will be advantaged
6. Work Location : Kawasan Industry Surya Cipta, Karawang, Jawa Barat
7. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
