1. Senior Market Analyst

Scope of works:

Research, create and develop timely & quality marketing research in macro analysis, market and industry trends, competitor analysis with specific focus on product supply information & trade channel & internal supply chain focus. Instill informed decision making and uses of actual facts in determining actions, especially for Solusi Rumah focus. 

Requirements:

Education	:	Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university, master degree preferred
Experience	:	Minimum 3 years experience’s in the similar post or other relevant posts with high involvement in data analysis where the incumbent shaped up his/her analytical skill & translating data into decision making. Sound marketing knowledge and consumer analysis Experience with multi-unit management is an advantage Experience in conducting marketing research will be advantage
Computer literacy	:	IT Literate; Microsoft Office  ( excellence in Ms.Excel and Ms. PowerPoint)
Language	:	Fluency spoken  and written English
Other qualification / skills	:	Excellent analytical thinking skill with the ability to turn analysis into insights Passionate & own self initiative with can do attitude Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team Excellent communication  skill - clearly conveying information and  ideas Have creativity and alternative thinking in proposing new ideas and answers of work-related problems Demostrarte problem solving and relationship management skills

2. Quarry Planning and Development Engineer

Scope of works:
The incumbent responsible to assist Quarry Planning and Development SI in :

1. Providing data and making the plan, also evaluating the mining activity (limestone and clay at Tuban), technical and cost.
2. Executing the plan by developing and maintaining the limestone quarry infrastructure (roads, drainage, loading points, benches)
3. Re-cultivating the limestone quarry (limestone and clay)
4. Managing quarry buildings maintenance
5. Supporting the Quarry Manager in the preparation and interpretation of such reports, also act as the vice head of explosive warehouse as regulate in Indonesia Mining Regulation

Requirements:

Education	:	Bachelor Degree in Mining or similar
Experience	:	5 years of experience in mining activity
Computer literacy	:	Microsoft Office, Google Application, & Mining Software
Language	:	Good command in English both spoken & written
Other qualification / skills	:	Having knowledge in the quarry & mining activities Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving Good in managing execution Ability to prioritize and plan effectively Willingness to keep up-to-date with new developments Good team working skills Good reporting & presentation skills Clear understanding of health and safety issues
