The establishment of BNI Life, in line with the needs of its parent company, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI, to provide integrated financial services for all customers (one-stop financial services).

The marketing office is one of the network marketing channels owned by BNI Life specifically to market individual life insurance products both conventional and Islamic through individual agents. As of December 2013, BNI Life already has 41 sales offices with 1,708 licensed agents. In addition to agents, BNI Life also has 688 Bancassurances Specialist at BNI branch offices throughout Indonesia.

As March 11, 2014, following the approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) there has been a change of shareholder ownership in PT BNI Life Insurance ("BNI Life"). Based on the agreement on March 21, 2014, BNI Life has organized the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to issuance of 120.279.633 new shares by BNI Life that will be absorbed entirely by Sumitomo Life Insurance Company.

Since May 9, 2014, BNI Life has become a life insurance joint venture company with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk remains as the controlling shareholder of 60.000000%; 39.999993% owned by Sumitomo Life Insurance Company; 0.000003% owned by the Employee Welfare Foundation (YKP) BNI and 0.000003% owned by the Dana Foundation Danar Swadharma (YDD).

  1. Administrasi - Helpdesk Support - Jakarta

    Job Description:

    1. Process Administration & Filling
    2. Perform all administrative processes
    3. Monitoring and Screening all files received by the Admin staff before inputted to the system
    4. Communicate via email / telephone-related services and service health insurance policy (follow up the case, the status of the payment / pending claims and policyholder service people)
    5. Maintain appropriate service level targets
    6. Ensure SLA talk time
    7. To follow up on customer complaints

    Requirements:

    1. Age 20 -30 years
    2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
    3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    4. Preferably Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    5. Full-Time positions available.

  2. Customer Complain Handling

    Job Description:

    1. To receive, monitor and resolve all customer complaints coming into handling customer complaints either through contact center, walk in, marketers, website BNI Life, Online Media, Print Media, Social Media, FSA
    2. Being an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner (SLA) and answer all incoming customer complaint letter by coordinating with the head of customer complaints handling
    3. Managing the completion of customer complaints within a certain time scale (SLA) in coordination with related work units in responding to and resolving customer complaints filed
    4. Helping provide insight for customers to understand the services and products BNI Life, the coverage, the options of a policy worthy flexible, and procedures for underwriting and issuance of policy, procedure data change policy, and claim procedures so that clients can understand all the benefits of the policy which are owned

    Requirements:

    1. Age 20 - 30 years
    2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service and the related field is required for this position.
    4. Full-Time positions available & Overtime
